Templates
Working tools, straight from the job.
These aren't thought pieces. They're the documents I actually run this work on, tidied up so you can run them in your school: print one, use it this week, and keep what it surfaces.
One honest thing before you take anything: templates and resources on their own are never enough. I've watched good frameworks arrive in schools and change nothing, because a document can't read your staffroom, answer the governor's question, or hold the sequence when term gets busy. The work is having someone alongside you while you use them, and that's what the partnership is for. The templates below still stand on their own as far as any document can, and they're yours either way.
The library
Two templates to start with.
More join the library as they earn their place. Each one has done its job in a real school first.
