Who we are
This website (littlejohns.org) is operated by Littlejohns ("we", "us", "our"), the trading name of Vaughn Littlejohns, an Australian sole trader operating from Thailand. By using this site you agree to these terms. If we agree something different with you or your school in writing, for example in an engagement agreement, that agreement applies over these terms.

Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read, and share what you find here. We ask that you do not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage or overload it;
- try to gain access to parts of the site or systems that are not made available to you;
- scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, including for training commercial datasets, without our written permission;
- misrepresent yourself, or your connection to us, when using our forms or booking links.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including the Littlejohns Method, our frameworks, assessments, guides, and course materials, belongs to Littlejohns unless it is credited to someone else. You may quote or share it with attribution and a link back. You may not republish it, sell it, or build commercial products or training on it without our written permission. If you are a teacher or school leader who wants to use something with your own staff, email us. The answer is usually yes.
Content and recordings consent
How the people who appear on this site came to be here:
- Podcast guests take part under our guest release, which sets out how their conversation is used across the episode, clips, the newsletter, articles, talks, courses, and any future book, with named credit every time and a pre-publication review.
- Testimonials published on this site come from feedback we collect through our surveys, which include consent for use.
- Photos and recordings of identifiable people are used only with consent. If you appear somewhere on this site and want something changed or removed, email us and we will sort it.
Third-party links and services
Some pages link to or embed services we do not control, such as Calendly for bookings, Spotify and YouTube for the podcast, and Klaviyo for our signup forms. Those services run under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they operate. How they handle your data is covered in our privacy policy.
Not professional advice
Everything on this site, including articles, guides, podcast episodes, and assessment results, is general information drawn from our own work in schools. It is not advice specific to your school, and it is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. What worked in one school may not work in yours. Before acting on anything here, weigh it against your own context, policies, and local requirements, and take professional advice where the decision calls for it.
The free assessment and scorecard
The AI Readiness Scorecard and any free assessment or diagnostic we offer are provided as-is, free of charge, to give you a useful starting point. They reflect the information you put in and our experience at the time. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or improvement from using them.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute about them will be dealt with in the courts of New South Wales, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
