The podcast

Create with Vaughn Littlejohns

Conversations with school leaders creating with AI, not just consuming it. Real classrooms, real attempts, and what happened after.

What it is

Educators talking about what they've actually built.

Most of the AI conversation in education happens a long way from a classroom. This show is the other version. I sit down with teachers and school leaders who have made something, used it with real students or real staff, and can say what worked and what didn't.

I'm a Director of Technology and Innovation at an IB World School and a former NSW Deputy Principal, so these are peer conversations rather than interviews with an expert. I'm asking the questions I need answered myself.

Episodes tend to run to a simple shape: what the guest tried, what it took, what it changed, and what they would do differently. Nobody is selling anything.

Who it's for

Anyone carrying this inside a school.

Teachers, heads of department, deputy principals, heads of school, and the person who ended up owning technology. If AI has landed on your plate with nothing taken off it, you're the person I have in mind while recording.

You don't need a technical background. Every episode is built to be understood by someone who teaches for a living.
