How I'll use our conversation, and, just as importantly, what stays yours.

Create with Vaughn Littlejohns · Last updated: 8 June 2026

Thanks for coming on the show. This is a short note on how I'll use our conversation. The aim is simple: so I can share your words properly and credit you every time, wherever the conversation ends up.

What this covers

By agreeing, you give me (Vaughn Littlejohns / Littlejohns) a non-exclusive licence to use our recorded conversation, meaning the audio, transcript, clips, and quotes or paraphrase, in any content that grows out of the podcast, in any format and on any platform, now or in the future. That includes the episode itself, social media, my email newsletter, articles, talks and courses, and any other publications drawn from the series.

What stays yours

  • You keep full ownership of your own words. You can use anything you said, anywhere, any time, with no restriction.
  • You're named and credited whenever I quote you or draw on a point that's distinctly yours. Your contribution is never passed off as anyone else's work.
  • This isn't an endorsement of me, the podcast, or any product. It's your own professional perspective, and any views are your own, not your employer's.
  • I won't use any private documents, internal data, or proprietary frameworks of yours without asking you first, in writing.

You see it before anyone else

Before the episode goes out, I'll send you the final cut to review. If there's anything you want removed from the episode, or held back from any future use, tell me and it's honoured permanently. Once you've approved the episode and it's published, it's cleared for the uses above, so neither of us has to revisit it later.

How you confirm

There's nothing to sign here. You confirm you're happy with this when you book (a tick box on the booking form), by completing the short consent form I send you, or simply by replying "agreed" to my email. Any questions, just contact vaughn@littlejohns.org.
