Staff and students share the same rules for care, security, and reporting, and the agreement differs only at the signature. It is deliberately specific where specificity prevents an argument down the line: what insurance actually covers, who pays for liquid damage, a replacement-cost table you set yourself, and what happens to the device when someone leaves. It works alongside the relevant acceptable use agreement rather than repeating it.
